Our Queenstown Wholesale Reservations team is looking for a superstar to join them on a full-time permanent basis.
As part of this role you'll be responding to telephone, webchat and email inquiries about Real Journeys tours and attractions. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, team environment and take ownership for confirming all reservations requests in an accurate and timely manner.
To be successful within this role you will:
Ideally have previous reservations experience;
Be able to manage your time effectively and multi-task in a demanding environment;
Be a proactive communicator that is personable and professional;
Have flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and shift work;
Have the ability to anticipate key agents needs and optimize service and sales opportunities;
Have extremely high attention to detail, accuracy and great organisational skills;
Have demonstrated exceptional communication skills to ensure you develop excellent working relationships with sales agents.
