As a Chef on board our Scenic vessels you will be responsible for preparing and serving high quality meals to customers and assisting in the efficient day-to-day galley operations on the vessels. You will also be assisting in ensuring that the galleys of the vessels are safe including the use of safe work practices and participating in emergency drills and procedures as required. You will be someone who has a passion for food quality, presentation and service and enjoys working in a team environment.

We are looking for talented chefs with a range of experience from Commis Chef to Chef de Partie. These roles are full time, fixed term till the end of May, 2020. You will be based in Milford and typically working 10 days on and 4 days off. Subsidised hostel style staff accommodation is provided in Milford.
