We're on the hunt for a customer service champion for our Milford Sound office team who can deliver great service while engaging with customers. You will be responsible for effectively selling Real Journeys products and excursions and ensuring visitors receive excellent customer service. You will also need to be operationally minded as you'll be working closely with the operations team to ensure procedures run smoothly.

We are looking for someone that is a proactive communicator that can anticipate customers' needs and optimise sales opportunities. You'll need to be able to manage your time effectively and multi-task in a fast paced, demanding environment whilst remaining personable and professional.
Your typical shift will be ten days on followed by four days off. You will be based in the Milford Sound Village, in our subsidised accommodation with other Real Journeys staff. We are looking for someone that is energetic and self-motivated to create activities outside of work time, who can thrive in the community environment. This is a full time, fixed term role starting immediately and finishing in April 2020.
