As Chef – de Partie at Colonel’s Homestead Restaurant you will be assisting in the leadership of kitchen staff and taking responsibility for your specific area of production within the kitchen. This is a full time, permanent role with the opportunity for professional development.

You will be someone with knowledge of all areas of a professional kitchen environment, appropriate food handling and food safety and the ability to translate ideas into a menu will see you succeed in this role. You will have at least 5 years previous experience as a chef. Most importantly you'll be a strong team player who enjoys getting stuck in and doing what's required to ensure the best experience for the customers.
