Real Journeys are currently recruiting for the role of Contact Centre Sales Consultant based in Queenstown. You'll be working a variety of shifts, enabling you to get out and about our local area - whether you are an early riser who enjoys our walking tracks or kayaking the lake, or a night owl squeezing the last minute of sunshine out of each day on your bike.

You'll be joining a small but dynamic team that is recognised for offering great service while engaging with customers to optimise sales opportunities. Our Contact Centre handles inbound calls from guests and local agents, as well as emails and webchat. It's a busy working environment and you need to be able to manage your time effectively and multi-task whilst remaining personable and professional. We're looking for a lively and genuine team player who likes to play hard inside and outside of work and enjoys getting in and doing what's required to ensure the best experience for our customers.

This position will commence as soon as possible on a full-time fixed-term basis. A mix of weekday, evenings and weekend work is required.
