Wayfare - Warehouse Person

That can entail delivery via boat, coach and truck through some of the country’s most remote and stunning locations.

About the Role

Your job is to order, receipt, store and deliver goods via our Te Anau Warehouse. You’ll work closely with our engineering and operations people, to keep our assets and our guests well looked after. As part of this role you will:

• Receipt inwards goods
• Store and issue goods
• Operate freight vehicles
• Prepare orders for dispatch
• Stocktake and reorder
• Organise the warehouse to a high standard
• Conduct safe warehouse operations

Skills & Experience

• Full, clean, NZ Driver’s Licence essential
• Forklift endorsement
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Experience in handling dangerous goods is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal essential
• You must be a positive team player with the ability to use your own initiative
